1 Services

We provide residential and commercial lawn-care, landscaping, and related outdoor services (collectively, the “Services”). Specific scopes, prices, and timelines are confirmed in individual estimates or invoices.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to submit personal information or contract for Services.

3 Quotes & Payment

• All quotes are estimates; final invoices may vary due to site conditions or customer-requested changes.
• Payment is due per the terms on your invoice. Late balances may incur a 1.5 % monthly finance charge (18 % APR) or the maximum allowed by law.

4 Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive to honor your preferred dates, but weather or equipment issues can require rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may incur a trip fee to cover crew costs.

5 SMS Program

To comply with U.S. carrier guidelines (see GoHighLevel A2P Registration Guide § 2.4), Hel Lawn and Landscape runs a text-messaging program called “Hel Lawn and Landscape Alerts.” When you opt in, you may receive:

• Service & scheduling updates (e.g., appointment reminders, weather delays),
• Estimates, invoices, or information you specifically request, and
• Seasonal promotions or discounts only if you have separately consented to marketing texts.

You can join by ticking the SMS consent box(es) on our contact form or by texting a keyword such as JOIN to +1 762-337-5989. Message frequency varies with job status and season—typically 1–4 texts per month, never more than 10. Message & data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, text STOP to +1 762-337-5989; we will send a confirmation and cease messages.

6 Consent & Opt-Out Mechanics

• Marketing texts require express written consent, captured via an unchecked box on our contact form.
• Transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders) are sent under “implied consent” once you schedule a service.
• You may withdraw either consent at any time by following the STOP instructions above.

7 Data Practices

8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties not explicitly stated in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our maximum liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes signifies acceptance.
