We provide residential and commercial lawn-care, landscaping, and related outdoor services (collectively, the “Services”). Specific scopes, prices, and timelines are confirmed in individual estimates or invoices.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to submit personal information or contract for Services.
We strive to honor your preferred dates, but weather or equipment issues can require rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may incur a trip fee to cover crew costs.
To comply with U.S. carrier guidelines (see GoHighLevel A2P Registration Guide § 2.4), Hel Lawn and Landscape runs a text-messaging program called “Hel Lawn and Landscape Alerts.” When you opt in, you may receive:

Services are provided “as is” without warranties not explicitly stated in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our maximum liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes signifies acceptance.
